§ 02 / what it is

The shape of it.

Four things the game does. Read these in any order.

TideWane is an idle, incremental RPG: an engine that keeps mining the dark while you are away, and pays out when you come back. You spend PSI on a skill tree, ascend for Pearls, and transcend for Void Cores, three prestige layers that each reset more than the last, so a single run can stretch across weeks. The deeper you go, the slower and stranger the water gets.

§ 04 / why TideWane

What it isn't.

Three things this game refuses to be.

No FOMO.

No daily logins. No timed events. You can put it down for a year and pick it back up unchanged.

No microtransactions.

You buy it once. Everything in the game is in the build.

No roadmap promises.

If a feature ships, it ships. If it isn't in version.json, it doesn't exist.

§ 05 / latest patch

Most recent ship.

Pulled live from version.json.
